General Customer Terms and Conditions HBS I-1

Your purchase confirms your acceptance of the applicable Terms and Conditions contained in HBS I-1. Changes to any requirement in this agreement must be approved prior to shipment in writing by a member of HBS’ Management Team.

In addition to HBS I -1, Hayes Bolt & Supply’s only representation or certification concerning compliance to any government regulations, federal acquisition requirements, special conditions/clauses, prints or drawings is specifically noted on our packing slip and/or Contract Documentation signed by a member of the HBS Management Team.

Hayes Bolt & Supply is registered to the current revision of AS9100:2016 and ISO9001:2015.
