Hayes Bolt & Supply was founded in 1976 and incorporated in 1977 by Bill Hayes and Suzanne Dukes.

In 1984, our president Suzanne purchased the corporation.  With her extensive experience and dedication to Hayes & the company’s culture, Suzanne created our mission….

These solutions provide value added services, quality products and competitive pricing to all partners.   With Suzanne’s years of experience in Supply Chain management and customer retention goals, Hayes Bolt & Supply developed and implemented a highly successful vendor bin management program, HOT- Hayes on Time. This is one of many examples of the dedication Hayes has to our company’s foundational mission.

Hayes Bolt and Supply is a California Corporation; founded in 1976 by Bill Hayes and Suzanne Dukes.

Suzanne Dukes purchased 100% of the stock in 1984 and remains the sole owner President and CEO.
